The Glenn Dyer breakdown: Seven’s night, completely. Nine and Ten just not in the hunt. Both networks don’t have enough programming, or they are waiting until after Easter when they reckon Seven will be vulnerable after My Kitchen Rules ends.

If the seven day recording figures are any guide, the real metro audience for Revenge for last night will top MKR and go close to 2 million. Revenge is the top-rated seven-day record and watch program, averaging 200,000-250,000 a night.

Ten’s The Biggest Loser at 7pm, 883,000. Fourth on the night. The swimming titles, 503,000 at 8pm for half an hour, a further 233,000 on ONE at 8.30pm.

Tonight: Seven has MKR and Packed To The Rafters. Nine hasn’t much at all. Ten has NCIS and the swimming titles. SBS has Insight and Dateline. The ABC has Foreign Correspondent at 8 o’clock on ABC 1 and at 8.30 a special on Lake Eyre that will be worth watching. Seven will win, week over, again.
