Being Lara Bingle's audience rises. Shock.

Being Lara Bingle rose slightly to 728,000 last night for Ten at 8pm and 991,000 nationally. Hardly a victory. It remains pap.

The Glenn Dyer breakdown: Seven won, and Ten won (according to its view of ratings). But for Seven, a worry emerged last night in its plans for this year and next: Winners & Losers, the new female skewing drama which returned a week ago for series 2, lost share and viewers in a fashion that suggests its listing as its core audience, young female viewers are no longer as strongly attached to it as they were last year.

A week ago Winners & Losers started 2012 with 1.077 million metro viewers, last night that fell to 995,000. Nationally it had 1.578 million viewers a week ago, last night it had 1.476 million. It still won the timeslot, but it should have really done better last night. It averaged 1.478 million metro viewers in its first series last year. So it is now a third under that level.

Nine showed the made up EJ Whitten AFL game in Melbourne last night. 619,000 watched in three metro markets and 839,000 nationally (161,000 in regional Victoria). It averaged 450,000 viewers in Melbourne which was the highest audience in any market last night.

Last night’s third stage of the Tour de France averaged 235,000 viewers for SBS from 10pm (on SBS ONE) and 316,000 nationally.

Tonight: NRL State of Origin on Nine from 7.30pm for the warm up and just after pm for the game itself. The third ODI cricket match from Britain follows the Origin game. The Tour de France on SBS from 10pm. Tennis on Seven and 7TWO from 10pm. Seven also has the grand final of Australia’s Got Talent. Ten has MasterChef and Offspring. The ABC has Myf Warhurst’s Nice at 8pm.

Metro FTA: Seven (3 channels) won with a share of 27.0% from Nine (3) on 25.5%, Ten (3) was on 24.7%, the ABC (4) ended on 15.5% and SBS (2) was on 7.3%. Seven leads the week with 28.8% from Nine on 28.4% and Ten on 20.8%. Nine will go back into the lead after the final State of Origin game tonight. Main Channels: Seven won narrowly with 19.5% from Nine on 19.4%, Ten was on 18.6%, ABC 1 was on 11.0% and SBS ONE was on 6.4%. Seven leads the week with 21.8% from Nine on 21.7% and Ten on 15.5%.

Metro Digital: 7mate won with a share of 3.8% from Eleven and 7TWO on 3.6% each, GO was on 3.1%, Gem was on 2.9%, ABC 2 was on 2.8%, ONE was on 2.5%, ABC 3 and SBS TWO ended with 0.9% each and News 24 was on 0.7%. The 10 digital channels had a total FTA viewing share last night of 24.8%. GO leads the week on 3.7% from 7TWO on 3.6% and 7mate on 3.4%. `

Metro including Pay TV: Seven (3 channels) won with a share of 22.3% from Nine (3) on 21.0%, Ten (3) was on 20.4%, Pay TV (200 plus channels ended on 15.0%, the ABC (4) ended on 12.8% and SBS (2) was on 6.0%. The 15 FTA channels share last night of viewing was 85.0%, with the five main channels share totalling 64.3% and the 10 digital channels share, 20.7%.

Prime/7Qld (3 channels) won with a share of 29.8% from WIN/NBN (3) on 26.3%, SC Ten (3) was on 22.5%, the ABC (4) was on 14.3% and SBS (2) ended on 7.1%. Prime/7Qld won the main channels with 21.1%, from WIN/NBN on 19.5%, 7TWO won the digitals with 5.1%, from 7mate and Eleven with 3.7% each. The 10 digital channels FTA share last night was 28.0%. Prime/7Qld leads the week on 30.5%, from WIN/NBN on 29.9%, but the third State of Origin game tonight will push WIN/NBN back into the lead.

Major Metro Markets: Ten won Sydney overall and in the main channels thanks to MasterChef. Nine won Melbourne overall and in the main channels thanks to the made up EJ Whitten game of AFL. Seven won the overall and main channels in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth where Ten relegated Nine to third. 7TWO won the digitals in Sydney and Melbourne. Eleven won Brisbane and Adelaide and 7mate won Perth. Nine leads the week in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Seven has big leads in Adelaide and Perth.
