The Glenn Dyer breakdown: Seven’s night again. Ten’s MasterChef did OK, as it should have. MasterChef had 1.372 million metro viewers and 1.857 million nationally. Seven’s Winners & Losers averaged 1.008 million in metro markets and 1.462 million nationally. Just good enough.

Being Lara Bingle on Ten at 8pm: a notional 713,000, but adjusted for MasterChef running over (again), 684,000. It had 1.002 million national viewers. Hardly encouraging, especially as more than 800,000 people who were watching MasterChef nationally (and over 600,000 in metro markets) couldn’t be bothered hanging around for Ms Bingle. As expected, it did OK in the younger demos, but Seven’s Winners & Losers did better.

Tonight: Australia’s Got Talent on Seven from 7.30pm. MasterChef on Ten. The Voice on Nine. The final Myf Warhurst’s Nice on ABC 1. Ignore Randling afterwards, hundreds of thousands of viewers are. The Tour de France has its monster climbs. The stage to settle things after Frank Schleck was pinged for having a diuretic in his body overnight. The Tour will need a great day of racing.
