Another big win by My Kitchen Rules meant another huge win for Seven in metro and regional markets last night. Ten fell back to its usual fourth spot in the face of the ABC’s usual Monday night line up of news and current affairs programs. Nine succumbed to the onslaught from My Kitchen Rules which had 2.952 million national/ 2.006 million metro/ 946,000 regional viewers. And even though Revenge was weak by 2013 standards (and dropped more than 1.6 million viewers from My Kitchen Rules), its 1.341 million national/ 876,000 metro/ 465,000 regional viewers was more than enough to win the 9-10pm timeslot for Seven.

With the final of My Kitchen Rules on tonight, Seven will win the week, with the added boost tomorrow night for the start of House Rules.

In the morning Nine’s Today had a small win over Seven’s Sunrise in metro markets (338,000 to 333,000) but nationally, it was the old story of Sunrise well in front with 577,000 viewers against Today‘s 520,000. viewers.
