Seven’s night, thanks to My Kitchen Rules, Wanted and Home and Away. A replay of the two previous Tuesday nights, although Wanted’s figures continue to drift lower, as do the figures for Here Come The Habibs on Nine. MKR had 2.132 million national viewers and top spot and 1.447 million viewers and top in the metros. Wanted slid to 1.443 million nationally and 899,000 in the metros, down around 80,000. Habibs fell by roughly the same to 1.208 million and 896,000 in the metros. I’m A Celebrity Get me Out Of Here managed 1.051 million national and 753,000 metro, an improvement on Sunday and Monday nights.
Seven won the metros and the regions, but in the metros it was a closer night than on other nights this ratings season when MKR has been in full flush. In the regions the five most watched programs were: MKR with 685,000, Wanted on 544,000, Home and Away with 525,000, The Chase (5.30pm) on 375,000 and Nine News, 363,000.
In the mornings, Today won breakfast in the metros with 317,000 people to 303,000 for Sunrise and THAT SET. At 6pm Seven News won the metros and nationally thanks to a solid performance by The Chase Australia at 5.30pm. Notably, Seven’s 6pm News with 390,000 viewers easily won Melbourne from Nine News on 344,000. Nine News won Sydney and Brisbane, but Seven News had very solid wins in Adelaide and Perth.
