The Losers: Seven viewers who read some guides thinking Criminal Minds was a fresh episode at 8.30pm, but it turned out to be a repeat, which didn’t matter as the program still won the timeslot in All People, but Ten’s Good News Week finished higher in the major demos.
News & CA: People were still interested in the election outcome which boosted programs like The 7.30 Report, ABC News, Q&A and Australian Story. In fact the ABC got a discernible boost last night from matters political because its line up from 7pm was all out of its news and current affairs division.
Seven News won nationally (Sydney was closer than it has been for weeks). ACA won Melbourne, lost the other metro markets to TT. The 7pm Project was boosted by the U2 interview by Rove McManus whose company produces the program.
