The Winners: Packed to the Rafters seems to be slowly leaking viewers. Last night’s audience dipped under the 1.9 million mark. But the delayed recording figures next week will lift that close to the 2 million mark, as they have been doing in recent weeks. It is one of the biggest beneficiaries of the measurement of delayed viewing at the moment.

Glenn Dyer’s comments: The X Factor has a larger audience for its second night but the episode wasn’t any better than the first.
Bert and Patti Newton attracted more than 1.7 million viewers to ACA on Monday night. Last night Paul Hogan attracted 1.408 million with his whine about naughty tax people.
And for all its faults Top Gear is far more entertaining than The X Factor will ever be — Jeremy Clarkson makes Kyle Sandilands look like a failed rubber thong so far as being entertaining is concerned.
TONIGHT: Spicks and Specks and The Gruen Transfer on the ABC from 8.30pm to 9 .30pm. Nine has Farmer Wants a Wife. Seven has City Homicide back at 8.30pm and The X Factor. Ten has The 7pm Project and another serving of Undercover Boss.
