The Glenn Dyer breakdown: Seven’s night as My Kitchen Rules has its highest audience in metro and national markets so far. Marry My Boy survived the shift from Monday to Wednesday, and grabbed just over a million viewers.
Nine’s Sherlock returned an averaged 876,000. It was OK, but should have really topped Please Marry My Boy.
Tonight: Seven has My Kitchen Rules, the ABC has The Straits, Ten has not much at all except a fresh Law and Order SVU. Nine starts Earthflight (birds flying and doing things in slo-mo) and then has CSI.

The repeats of The Big Bang Theory on Nine at 7pm and 7.30pm, 718,000 and 633,000. Another good show Nine has repeated into oblivion, and there’s more to come for this one in 2012.

Pay TV: Seven (3 channels) won easily with a share of 30.3%, from Nine (3) 22.0%, with Ten (3) on 15.8%, Pay TV (200 plus channels) was on 15.0%, the ABC (4) was on 11.0% and SBS (2) on 3.6%. The 15v FTA channels had an 85.0% viewing share of TV last night. the 10 digital channels had a total of 21.8% and the five main channels, 63.2%.

Prime/7Qld won the main channels with 24.4% from WIN/NBN on 19.6%. 7TWO won the digitals with 6.0% from 7mate on 5.8% and Eleven on 4.0%. The 10 digital channels had an FTA share last night of 30.5%. Prime/7Qld leads the week with 33.4% from WIN/NBN on 28.9%.
