Seven’s night again in metros and regional markets, thanks to My Kitchen Rules, but Wanted was quite as wanted as on its debut a week ago, while Nine’s Here Come The Habibs slowed in its approach to viewers last night and dropped. I’m A Celebrity ran on the spot but didn’t lose ground, helping give Ten a solid night.
MKR managed 2.315 million national viewers including 1.440 million in the metros and just dominated viewing. Wanted averaged 1.526 million national viewers (down from 1.767 million on debut) with 922,000 metro viewers, down a noticeable 260,000 from the 1.184 million last week. Habibs averaged 1.313 million national viewers last night which was down 300,000 from the 1.617 million a year. Metro viewers fell to 944,000 from 1.294 million, a fall of 350,000,which was also a noticeable fall.
The top five regional programs were MKR with 765,000; Wanted with 604,000; Home and Away on 525,000, The Chase Australia (5.30pm), 433,000 and Nine News, 373,000.
In breakfast Today again beat Sunrise in the metros, 318,000 to 310,000. That set!
Tonight it’s First Dates on Seven after MKR, and The Weakly on ABC. Stay for Black Comedy on the ABC after The Weakly. The Good Wife is back on ten for its last season.
