My Kitchen Rules was watched by a lot of people, but Home and Away had a middling audience. Seven News did OK, the swimming titles had another solid night — end of story, end of ratings last night. Seven won by a mile or three. MKR had 1.981 million national viewers and 1.349 million in the metros.
Seven won dominantly, Nine and Ten didn’t really put up any resistance. The ABC battled manfully.
In regional markets MKR again topped the most watched list with 633,000; Home and Away was next with 513,000, The Chase Australia 5.30pm had 419,000, Nine News, 391,000 and The Big Bang Theory was 5th with 389,000. In the morning Today had its highest metro audience of 364,000, and beat Sunrise with 342,000.
