Tim Helm is an economist with experience in transport, housing, taxation, environmental regulation, gambling licensing and more. He is currently a freelance consultant and was previously employed by Ernst & Young (Australia), the Victorian Treasury, and the NZ Treasury. He has a PhD from Melbourne University focusing on the economics of land tax.
